Spinach Parmesan Balls

Here's an appetizer to try. I'm usually not a big fan of appetizers and I never know what to make when asked to bring one. I stumbled on a version on this recipe and I changed up a few things for better flavor. They turned out DELISH so I'll definitely be making these little puppies very soon :)
**makes 20-25 balls
Ingredients:
1- 10oz. bag of frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained thoroughly
1 cup (whole wheat) panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
2 green onions finely sliced
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp.Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Prehead oven to 350 degrees. Foil a baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking oil. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix lightly with a rubber spatula until a ball forms. Form small balls using a tablespoon as a measuring guide and place balls as close as 1/2 inch apart on baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until fragrant and lightly browned. Serve hot, or room temperature alone or with warmed marinara sauce!

sounds delicious! We are hosting the Super Bowl party again this year...maybe I'll make them as a little snack! At the rate we're going it'll be more appropriate to have SNOW BALLS instead!!!

I'm making these soon, unfortunately I don't have a party to bring them too but perhaps I can half the recipe so I don't turn into a Spinach Parmesan Ball trying to eat them all!

I work for a King.

I work for a King. He has put me in charge of His home. When He comes to see how I have managed His possessions and His children, I do not want to be found wanting. I want to do my best. Everything I have is on loan from Him. I have room and board and a job to do, but it is all for Him.
Therefore I want to dress my best, and do my best in all my work. I also want to be creative, for this is a sincere attempt to glorify Him and His beautiful creation. How I manage my home is a form of worship to Him.
