Homemade Playdough

We've been cooped up in our little house from all of the snow we've been getting lately. We decided that homemade playdough just might do the trick.

You need:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup salt
1 tbsp. cream of tarter
1/2 tbsp canola oil
5 drops of food coloring

Mix together all ingredients in a saucepan on med-low heat. Heat until a ball forms. Play your little hearts out!!! ***BUT DON'T LET YOUR KIDS/PETS EAT THIS STUFF!!

Remember when mom used to make us play dough?! I miss being a kid sometimes! I guess that's why God gave us children-we get to be a kid all over again!

I work for a King.

I work for a King. He has put me in charge of His home. When He comes to see how I have managed His possessions and His children, I do not want to be found wanting. I want to do my best. Everything I have is on loan from Him. I have room and board and a job to do, but it is all for Him.
Therefore I want to dress my best, and do my best in all my work. I also want to be creative, for this is a sincere attempt to glorify Him and His beautiful creation. How I manage my home is a form of worship to Him.
