Do you love buffalo wings? You're going to LOOOOOVE this pizza. I have made this pizza twice for our family in the past three days. Tyler eats it for dinner AND FOR BREAKFAST. It's that good....
Dough:
¾ cup warm water
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 ¼ cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry yeast
Directions:
Combine in bread machine in the order above and set on dough setting.
Buttermilk Ranch Sauce:
½ packet of Hidden Valley dry Ranch seasoning
½ cup buttermilk
1 heaping tablespoon of light mayonnaise
Buffalo Sauce:
4 tbsp. Franks Hot Sauce
2 tbsp. White Vinegar
Pizza Extras:
Flour (for breading chicken tenders)
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Canola Oil
Cornmeal (optional)
Parchment paper
1/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese
3 lettuce leaves from Bibb lettuce
Assembling Pizza:
Slice chicken in tenders and marinate in Franks hot sauce while getting the rest of the meal prepared. Preheat oven to 500 degrees and place a baking sheet in the oven while it’s preheating. Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on a plate and lightly bread the chicken tenders. Pan fry the tenders in a little canola oil over medium-high heat. Cool on paper towel when cooked.
Make buttermilk ranch sauce by combining all ingredients in the above list. Whisk and set aside. Do the same for the Buffalo Sauce.
Form pizza dough into a 15 inch circle on a piece of parchment paper. I sprinkle a little cornmeal on my parchment paper for added pizza-like effect! Spoon about 3 heaping tablespoons of the ranch sauce on the pizza. Next, cover the pizza in chicken. Finally, add a LITTLE bit of mozzarella cheese. Bake pizza in oven for 10 minutes.
While pizza is baking slice Bibb lettuce into thin strips and place on top of pizza when the pizza is cooked and slightly cooled. Drizzle a little ranch sauce and buffalo sauce over the top of the pizza. Serve and ENJOY!!!

I work for a King.
I work for a King. He has put me in charge of His home. When He comes to see how I have managed His possessions and His children, I do not want to be found wanting. I want to do my best. Everything I have is on loan from Him. I have room and board and a job to do, but it is all for Him.
Therefore I want to dress my best, and do my best in all my work. I also want to be creative, for this is a sincere attempt to glorify Him and His beautiful creation. How I manage my home is a form of worship to Him.
