Trick or Treat!

Hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween! We sure did! Lyla didn't get a Hallloween costume this year but she did sport a pretty cute Halloween outfit that Noni got her and a special Halloween headband that I made!

We spent our Halloween at a party with some friends. COSTUMES REQUIRED :) We decided to dress up as cowboys and indians this year so Tyler, of course, was the cowboy and I was the indian.

We ate yummy food, laughed a LOT and played some fun games. Tyler was one of three guys chosen to play chubby bunny and well....the picture speaks for itself. It was absolutely hillarious!

We had so much fun at the Halloween party. AND, we were amazed that Lyla slept the WHOLE party with no crying!

Hope your Halloween was as good as ours!

I work for a King.

I work for a King. He has put me in charge of His home. When He comes to see how I have managed His possessions and His children, I do not want to be found wanting. I want to do my best. Everything I have is on loan from Him. I have room and board and a job to do, but it is all for Him.
Therefore I want to dress my best, and do my best in all my work. I also want to be creative, for this is a sincere attempt to glorify Him and His beautiful creation. How I manage my home is a form of worship to Him.
