Lyla’s 2nd Week

2 weeks…14 days…336 hours. Wow, how time has flown. I can't believe this little miracle is already 2 weeks old. A lot has happened in her 2 weeks of being here on this Earth. Not only has the little lady endured a 17 hour labor, but she's gained a furry brother and a furry sister, spent a week with her Noni, went to her first doctor appointment, gone through over 140 diaper changes, and met a lot of her Momma's friends. Tyler and I couldn't be more proud. She is truly the sweetest and most beautiful thing we could ever imagine.

I work for a King.

I work for a King. He has put me in charge of His home. When He comes to see how I have managed His possessions and His children, I do not want to be found wanting. I want to do my best. Everything I have is on loan from Him. I have room and board and a job to do, but it is all for Him.
